Desired profile of the candidate 1) 8 – 12 years of work experience in Software Product Development and Deployment, 3+ years in a solutions architect role and Java/J2EE Architect
2) Excellent knowledge of J2EE based frameworks, products.
3) Strong technical background with experience in Application Development of large processing systems
4) Experience with Enterprise Message Broker is desirable
5) Experience managing “Enterprise-class” software development
6) Very strong knowledge of software engineering processes/practices.
7) Experience in development methods and modeling techniques.
8) Experience with enterprise technologies like IBM Web sphere, MQ,DB2, Java/J2EE Web Technologies, EJB,AS400 etc is desirable
9) Experience managing projects in Onsite/Offshore model
10) Hands on exp in Financial Domain would be preferred.
