Job Description	1)      Product development, project initiation, design, and testing of large scale Java / J2EE applications. 2)      Account Management, Metrics based management 3)      Managing projects in onsite/offshore model 4)      People management skills 5)      Managing “Enterprise-class” software development.
Industry	IT – Software / Software Services
Desired profile of the candidate	1)      10 – 14 years of work experience in Software Product Development and Deployment, 3+ years in a professional management role 2)      Experience in Application Development of large processing systems (strong technical background) 3)      Excellent people management skills 4)      Experience managing “Enterprise-class” software development 5)      Very strong knowledge of software engineering processes/practices. 6)      Experience in development methods and modeling techniques. 7)      Experience with enterprise technologies like IBM Web sphere, MQ,DB2, Java/J2EE Web Technologies, EJB,AS400 etc is desirable 8)      Experience managing projects in Onsite/Offshore model 9)      Hands on exp in Financial Domain would be preferred.
