Basic Function and Responsibility
	§         Develop features for a Payroll product on J2EE technology §         Provide technical guidance to a team of about 3-4 people in the development, support and maintenance of a Java/J2ee/Web services based Payroll Application. §         Work closely with teams in India and in US.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
	Education §          BE / B.Tech degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MCA Work Experience §         Looking for candidates with 5 to 7 years experience §         Java and associated technologies (J2EE, PHP, JavaScript, etc) §         .Net exposure is highly desired. §         SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred) §         Knowledge or experience in Web services is desirable §         C++ §           Other Skills: §         Excellent technical leadership to lead the team on new technologies such as Java 5, EJB 3, etc. §         Should be able to critically review the design, approach and methodologies adopted by the team members and be able to come up with innovative suggestions. §         Strong inclination towards adopting and improvising processes within the group §         Strong ability to deliver projects in time and with expected quality §         Good writing and verbal communication skills. §         Good analytical, problem-solving and creative skills. §         Inspire and motivate the team to reach higher levels of achievement in product leadership
