· 5+yrs of min. Relevant experience within Java/J2EE.

· Excellent hands on knowledge in Java/J2EE development.

· Excellent knowledge in J2EE (Servlets/Portlets), JSP, EJB (2.0 preferred) and J2EE application server, LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory.

· Passion for web-technology and web-software development.

· Fundamental knowledge of SQL database (MS-SQL, Oracle, My SQL) and Linux/Window operating system. ERM database design for Oracle with Power

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong analytical skill.
