Requirement :
1. Java Tech Leads : 6-9 yrs experience - 70% Technical 30 % Team leading - hands on Technical work required
2. Java PM - 8-12 yrs experience - He/ She should currently be a designated PM - Should be good at Technology . 30-40% Technical involvement . Should be good at Project/ Program management .
Not looking for frequent Job Jumpers - Stability is a key requirement for this role .
PS : Java Lead/ Project Lead positions are also available with ADP Hyd center as well
